![]() If aggro was managed properly, nail phase begins with the boss on the healer. There is a final slash from Nidhogg before the nail phase begins, as soon as it hits me I use Merciful Eyes and drop the boss onto the healer. The last Ala Morn before the nail phase starts should be Third Eye'd. ![]() I try to time my Third Eyes and Feints for Nidhogg's Ala Morns for mitigation. If my aggro is too high, Diversion is useful. When the second phase starts, I worked on keeping my aggro as close to my healer's as possible. I then finish off the Brobinyak and work on the Falak while making sure to dodge the Shadow Dragon's attacks the whole time.Įverything up to the add phase should not be an issue, add phase is the best time to build up resources (MP, kenki, etc) for when Nidhogg comes back in the next phase. When my healer took 1 stack of resistance down from the Falak, I took aggro off them and tank both adds. I also built up burst in preparation for add phase.ĭuring add phase, I aggro and spent all my burst on the Brobinyak. However, I repeatedly use Third Eye -> Merciful Eyes (aggro drop) to keep my aggro relatively similar with the healer's. The first phase is easy enough, just tank and heal through like usual. My friend and I managed this with Samurai and Scholar.
